Somalynk Clinic

Evidence-based physiotherapy in Brussels and Kortenberg.

Evidence-Based Clinical Care

We treat chronic musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation with a combination of orthopaedic manual therapy, instrumental myofascial release, and movement-based rehabilitation — grounded in current scientific evidence and delivered at our Brussels and Kortenberg locations.

Every treatment plan starts with a structured clinical reasoning process: we build a ranked differential diagnosis before any hands-on work, using the probabilistic model described in our article Probabilistic Differential Diagnosis in Physiotherapy: A Practical Model. This is how diagnostic decisions are kept transparent, defensible, and patient-specific.
