Symptoms in the ring and little fingers can come from ulnar nerve irritation at the neck, brachial plexus, cubital tunnel, or Guyon's canal, and they are often confused with elbow or hand overuse problems.
The ulnar nerve slider is the gentler option when the goal is to restore glide through that pathway without adding a strong stretch.

What this involves
- Start with the arm out to the side, elbow straight, palm forward
- Position A: bend the elbow and bring the hand towards the side of your face, fingers pointing down towards the shoulder, while tilting the head towards that arm
- Position B: straighten the elbow back out while tilting the head away
How much
Use the ulnar-nerve slider briefly once a day, keeping the elbow and little-finger side comfortable.

Safety note
Nerve work should never provoke lasting pain. A mild pull or a familiar tingle that settles within seconds is fine. Sharp pain, or symptoms that are still worse the next morning, means you did too much. Do less, not more
This is educational information to help people understand their options; it is not a substitute for a proper healthcare assessment. An accurate diagnosis is required for effective treatment. If pain or symptoms are ongoing, the worst thing you can do is nothing — seek professional counsel and assessment rather than self-treating indefinitely from a blog post.
